Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Payments
Depending on the payment method used.

Telephone Orders.
Transactions are processed through one of our Zeller Eftpos Terminals.
The transaction will appear as ZLR* Bright Print Australia.

Direct Bank Transfers
Transactions are processed through the NAB.
The transaction will appear as Bright Print Australia.

AfterPay.
Instead of your bank account/ credit card statement reflecting a one-off purchase, Afterpay payments show as a series of smaller amounts regularly deducted from your account.

PayPal
Transactions processed through PayPal will show up as an e-commerce transaction on your bank statement.
